1. I have been injured in a collision - who will pay my medical bills?

Most insured drivers in Oregon and Washington have Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits as a provision of the vehicle insurance. Depending on your specific coverage, PIP will pay up to $15,000 for reasonable and necessary medical treatment resulting from the collision - REGARDLESS OF WHO IS AT FAULT.

2. How do I pay for an Attorney?

In most cases personal injury cases are taken on a contingency basis. This means that your attorneys fees are paid at the end of the case as a percentage of the gross recovery amount. In other words, if you do not recover for your damages, then you do not owe for your attorney’s time. 3. How much is my case worth?

That depends on numerous variables, but as a general rule you are may be compensated for all of your economic and non-economic damages. 4. How long will my case take?

That also depends on how bad you are injured.
